    Would you meer-heads recommend Baki's stuff? He has some great looking pipes on his site but I confess that when it comes to meerschaum I don't know my elbow from a hole in the ground.

    Absolutely! Fikri Baki makes some splendid, well engineered pipes. This, from a meer-a-holic.

    I own about 20 and they're all absolutely terrible! I'm smoking one now and I'm miserable! :D

    Yes - highly recommended. Very. You can't go wrong with a Baki.
