A friend recently sent me a tin of Solani Aged Burley Flake. It's the first straight burley tobacco I've tried and I am enjoying it immensely.

What other burley blends do I need to put on my wish list? :puffy:

Oh my ... "ultra-high nicotine" not sure if I could handle it!

Then again ... ABF is rated as med-strong strength. Maybe I could. ;)

I just recently tried Carter Hall for the first time. It's not a straight burley though, as it also has va in it.

I'm afraid CH might be aggravating my allergies though. :(

Pince Albert is about as straight forward blend as you can try as is Kentucky Club, Granger, any of the C and D burleys which are very good. Hearth and Home has a couple of burley blends that are nice. MacBaron's also makes a couple of great ones.

C&D's Old Joe Krantz, Haunted Bookshop, burley flakes, Three Friars
MacB Burley London Blend & Golden Extra
    McClelland's Grey Havens
    GL Pease Barbary Coast
Hearth and Home has several good burley blends. Frenchy's Sunza Bitches is one I am working on here lately.
Any number of OTC tobaccos, I prefer Carter Hall.

Uhle's makes some great burleys and Pipeworks & Wilke's Nut Brown Burley is wonderful as well.

I love ABF too. C&D Burley Flake #2 has a great flavor, but has a pretty serious nicotene hit. If you can handle it, it's good. Mac Baren Golden Extra is good, but not ABF good. Still worth buying for a little variety. Stonehaven is hard to come by but is all THAT and a bag of chips! I like it as well as ABF, and the flavor is totally different.

I tried Pa but there was something I didn't care for. Could be a flavoring or something. I had the same results with SWR.
