I have two of the Ligne Bretagne pipes from Trevor Talbert, and much like my children, they are all unique and special in their own ways--and they also rock my socks.

Here's the latest acquisition: Unsmoked and beautiful from the Lawdog's table at the Chicago show

The blast is craggy and cool. Very light weight too!
Smoked it today on the way to work with some old Edgeworth Slices (thanks, guy from Smoker's Haven:) It was delicious and dry.

Smart grab, I don't know anyone who bought a Ligne Bretagne that doesn't love it (most, like you, have more than one!). Enjoy getting to know her.

Nice pipe. I LOVE the grain pattern on that pipe. It looks very natural to me. Literally as if the perfect solid piece of wood was selected, and an artisan took his time to meticulously hand carve a wonderful "masterpiece".

I am new to pipes and am not familiar with the various brands/makers, or their production methods as of yet, but I have to say that this looks like a work of art to my eyes.

Congrats on the new pipe, it truly is a wonderful looking piece. :)

Love the pipe, Nathan! I'm a sucker for panel pipes, and that one is just beautiful.

At first, I was wondering what everyone was talking about when they kept saying "panel pipes". I was like whaaaaa? LOL!

Now I see it, there are flat sides all the way around the bowl. I think I need to have my eyes checked...I didn't even notice that while admiring the grain of the pipe.

With the terrific grain and sandblast on this pipe, the panels are easy to overlook!
