    Hi,

Never heard of it this side of the pond, but it sure is a beautiful looking pipe - eager to hear more. Form of oil treatment? Maybe Sas can help here??

Yeah, I'll say it's interesting....but WTH? Sometimes novel ideas are another way of saying 'weird', y'know? Pass.

Didn't know Savinelli was that gimmicky. Then again, there's the goofy balsa filters. Come to think of it, those filters are shaped like tiny Toblerones, so maybe there's a connection. :roflmao:

we have two of those in the shop. the boxes they come in are made to look like cadbury chocolate bars. i never realized they were meant to be scented though, i figured it was just a themed line. chocolate flavored seems kinda weird and i can't imagine the flavor would last that long.

then again, i had a WDC ages ago that was called "yo ho a flavor of rum" and had a bottle shaped stinger meant to hold a rum soaked filter...

granted the ones we have sitting around the shop have been sitting out for three years but i've never noticed a chocolate aroma from them when i smell them.

and before you make some wiseass comment my boss was convinced there was mold in a few pipes (god knows why) and made me sniff check them. there wasnt.

I think I am going to stay on the safe side of this one and smoke my non-scented pipes...but its an interesting idea.

    Thanks for sharing!
