Anyone here likes this blend?
And does it have the nutty taste as described?
classic Samsung?....I have a Samsung camera that's pretty good!
Samsun. No G. Yes, it's pretty nutty. Smokes kind of like a cross between a virginia and a burley. It's one of the better ones in that series.
sorry for the type o
I went through a tin last summer. Just after opening, I thought it had definite maple note. The nuttiness came in more after the tin had been open longer. Eventually it just seemed like a premium burley.
All things considered, I'd rate it a 3 out of 5. Pleasant enough, and nicely distinctive, but not one I need to have around.
I've smoked a tin of this stuff and loved it. It isn't something I'll smoke in rotation but I'd definitely always like to have some around and would recommend anyone trying it. It has a very unique flavor - there is some nuttiness but to me it wasn't quite like Burley nuttiness (or at least it didn't remind me of burley at the time). I don't know how to describe it - I want to say almond-y, but that isn't quite right. It also has a nice fragrance and incensy quality. I've tried all of the Grand Orientals and it was by far my favorite but YMMV, of course.
How do you get it in the bowl?
I love the stuff. It is nutty to me and similar to a premium burley, but still different. It is best when enjoyed slowly;
Don't apologize. I only corrected it because I thought someone might ask for it and get a camera instead.
