A lovely poker. I hear good things about Boswells' pipes although I don't have any myself. And yes, you've got it bad. May you enjoy for many years!

Just got home and got both my Boswell and my claypipe in the mail. Dan actually sent me 2 pouch's of tobacco. One was Christmas Cookie and the other was No Bite Delight. I tried the CC in the clay pipe just now and it was really nice not as sweet as you would think and left a really nice, mellow after taste. I'll try the NBD tonight in the poker when the wife and I have our weekly roundup. One note, you can't tell it from the picture but the poker is a darker brown and the stem is actually a brownish purple, really pretty.

You can really see the colorful stem. Not sure I like the color...but it's colorful. I really thought it was going to be that burnt red color that some stems are not purple. It is a lot more pipe than I thought it would be. But, it smokes well. May turn into one of those special occasion girls are gone and I can sit and smoke for 90 minutes kinda pipes.

It's my daughters favorite...but she grabs it like a hammer and tells us to, "run in fear."
