Just received ANOTHER pipe in the mail I recently purchased. It's looks danish and is definitely free hand.
The only markings are a 3 CHP -X on the bottom of the shank.
Does anyone recognize it or have any ideas to whom may have made it?
Not having a photo at this time to show you I'll do my best to describe it.
I would say it's bowl and shank are a basic "V" shape with the bowl being pointed at the bottom. The bit is turned volcanite and a bit bent. Both ends (top of bowl and end of shank) as you would expect are rough, natural. The grain is fairly straight but, one side is a bit fiery.
Thank you for any help and info, Ron
