    Hello to all,
Well I have broken my new Davorin Morta Billiard in and it is smoking terriffic! It does get a little hotter than I would like even when gooing really slow but the draw and taste is fabulous!
I have been smoking mostly Va's and Vapers in it, FVF, F&T Blackjack, McClelland Blackwoods Flake and Escudo. I have not enjoyed these Toby's this much in any of my other pipes. I guess I will be scrimping and saving for another one. Maybe a freehand. I guess you can never have enough pipes lol.

    Happy Smoking,
    Paul :puffy:

Paul, does a morta pipe impart any kind of flavor to the tobacco?

Hi Marc, only the firstfew bowls had a funky kind of flavor. After that it started smoking very well. After that it smoked great. I feel I am getting great toby flavor out of it now.
    Regards,
    Paul

Thanks Paul, I always wondered how that medium would compare to cobs and meerschaum pipes for being neutral tasting during the smoke.

I believe the proper number of pipes to own is n+1, where n is the number of pipes you currently own.
