    Hello,
I have a couple aromatics and a few Virginians, but not delved into the English yet.
    I am ready.
    Any recommendations?
1 person told me to try McClelland Frog Morton.
    What do you guys say?
    Thanks.

Squadron may be tough to find right now.

I enjoy in no particular order:

    British Woods (McClelland)
    Legends (McClelland)
    Presbyterian Mixture (Solomon)
    Commonwealth (Sam Gawith)
    Maltese Falcon (GL Pease)
    Accountant's Mixture (Rattray)
    Old Dublin (Peterson)
Frog Morton on the Town (McClelland)
    HH Vintage Syrian (Mac Baren)
    Gordon Pym (Dan)

Frog Morton On The Town is mighty tasty!!! Not sure if it's considered a real or true English blend though.

My first English Blends were Frog Morton on the Town, Northwoods and Countryside ( all from Boswells ) .

I still enjoy all of these to this day.

I would say FMOTB and Westminster to start with as opposed to something like Irish Flake.

For a first English, I don't think you can beat Spilman Mixture, which is a bit of a lighter English and an excellent way to ease into things.

McClelland AM Pipe is nice, but I don't know if it really qualifies to the Royal Exalted Purists of the English Mixtures since the Virginia has been Cavendished. Nice smoke, though, and the price is right.
