    I will test it on a cob first... if it works well, then I may have to make Dwaugh a squirrel fur pipe to go with his squirrel. :rolleyes:

    I've had a few of these...mine were goat hair. Gave off a funny, rancid odor when they got hot....have fun! LOL

    Normally I don’t get jealous over a pipe, but this time I just can’t help myself. Why? It’s got more hair then I do! :(

    :xd::laff::xd::laff::old:
    Congrats on the pony and enjoy.

    I'd be worried about the smell of burning hair...

    Nice winter pipe, already wearing a fur coat for the cold. Looks like it belongs in an ice fishing hut.

    I had no idea that they made hairy pipes. That's awesome! Congrats on the pipe. Definitely let us know how it smokes. I'm intrigued.

    Cool looking shape...

    just a bit on the strange side with the fur thing though. :oops:

    I'm with those that would be concerned about a burning hair smell, which would not encourage me to smoke it.

    A pipe carved out of a cow or pony hoof? :p:

    It is a fingernail like material that wraps around a bone, and is nowhere near solid or thick enough to make a pipe from.... :( It pickles well, though!

    As for the burning hair: the rims were not covered in the hope to prevent that. I bet the fur is shorter up there from the start, too, so it has fewer strays going near the heat. At least, that is how I will do it and what I could find about how LC made them...

    I have a regular leather Longchamp and I think it is cool but the Pony hair is awesome.
    Never knew they had alligator either.
    Now I want black leather with spikes.
