GBD 1353 Restoration

    I'd call this a Banker but seen it referred to as an "oval-shanked Pot". This is another "Seventy-Six" series pipe, my fourth.

    Good work. I wouldn't have given this pipe a second look from the first pic. But your restoration made it an eye catcher. The difference in the stem is amazing.

    Thanks, guys. This one came in a 4 pipe lot along with a Comoys 215 in similar condition, presently working on it. I'll break this one in this evening with some MM965.

    I just finished a bowl of MM965 in it while reading the paper, what a great smoker, dry & cool. I have to weigh this one, but I'm guessing it is around 50 grams, right in my sweet spot.
