Many of you mention your "go to pipes". I kinda feel out of place. My favorite pipe is whatever I am smoking ATM.

I have a couple that are just comfy, and now that I think about it, they're both Petersons. I love all my pipes, but those two are perfect. They smoke great, and they're full bent so they're good for when I'm in the garage working on something.

I like pretty much all of my pipes, but lately I find myself grabbing one of my Baris unless I'm smoking something that I prefer in a cob. A couple of months ago, I was reaching for my Sav Linea 76's most often.

My favorite go to pipe is my nasty Doc Grabow estate. It is a smallish bowled billiard, with several fills (that have turned pink), a really bad looking finish with an undesirable grain pattern on it--no pattern actually, it looks like crap. But it is lightweight and will hang pretty comfortable, I smoke just about anything in her and she never fails to deliver. It can be dropped, set down on a dirty surface with no worries to the finish and smokes like a champ. Geez I love that ugly little pipe!

For me it is all up to my mood. I find I reach for my Tinksy's the most.

Haven't been smoking long enough for a go to pipe, but more often than not I find myself reaching for my MM Country Gentleman

My go to pipes depend on what I'm smoking. However, of all my pipes I'd have to say that the Pete Aran XL02 or MM Egg are my favorites. I just love how they fill my hand. The Pete St. Paddy #999 is another go to pipe that is a joy to hold and smoke.

Unless I'm smoking my three favourites,
my go-to pipe is my trusty Falcon.

I love all my pipes and choose which to smoke based on what tobacco I feel like.

Actually I'm trying to figure that out also...
As you all know I'm new to this, so I'm deciding which tobacco "families" to smoke in each briar, so the go to pipe of the moment is a cob!
