Help Identifying Estate Pipe

    Ok, I was able to take some really close pictures of the logo and the sterling band. Any thoughts?[​IMG][​IMG]

    It definitely looks like the one in the picture. The grain is much nicer on mine, but that seems to be the shape of the band too. What is a Jimmy Pipe? Was it a mail away pipe from Prince Albert?

    I think it's some kind of 1913 slang we just aren't getting. Maybe even something PA created for the ad campaign. Looking at more of the ads, it seems to mean a pipe you smoke as much as you want without bite. Google isn't much help.
