I'm putting in an order for a couple of pipe stands, some wax and pipe cleaners from P&C. My order with shipping is $43 and I have set aside $50 to spend.

A H&H tin would round this out nicely. I have tried 10 to Midnight, Larry's Blend, AJs Vaper and Anny Kake and would like to try something new.

Anyone have any suggestions on something worth getting???

As I read the beginning of your post a couple of blends came to mind right away -- but then you said you have tried AJs VaPer and Anniversary Kake. Oops. And, Larry's Blend. How about Magnum Opus or Black House? The Black House won an award in a Balkan Sobranie match contest. For Magnum Opus it seems hard to say to what it is similar. Just recently had some of both and to me they were pretty good smokes.

If your not wanting an English Style blend and you looking for something super easy going in every aspect ... Old Companion . Old Companion is pretty much like Half and Half [ the newer Lane version ] being it's some burley and some Va with a damn near identical topnote . It slightly richer than H&H and can be warm at the light but will tone down once into it , providing youre not a spazz smoker , like I am sometimes . When I met Basil Meadows the other day , he turned me onto C&D Founding Fathers ... Man , it was a damn good warm weather blend !!

    Rolando's Own........Excellent vaper.

Or if you're looking for something to smoke indoors that'll make wifey smile.....4 oz of Trout Stream for $9.99.

I haven't tried them all but Magnum Opus is just downright good.

Virginia Spice and Marble Kake come to mind. Both have nice tobacco flavors and smoke very nicely. And you can't go wrong with Classic Burley Kake either. Louisiana Red is a very nice VaPer as well.

What he said! I was about to recommend all of those. As for English, I prefer Black House over Magnum Opus, but not by much.

Classic Burley Kake is pretty dang good. I went through my first tin really quickly and need to order more. Well worth trying.

I picked up some Magnum before it went on BO. Can't wait to try it.

My wife said it smelled like chocolate cake. The last time I smoked it, the smell drive her crazy and she baked a chocolate cake for us. I'll have to try that again.
