I just bought this on ebay. I've been looking for a long time and this price was really hard to pass up so I did Buy it now.
Now if I could just find someone who restores pipes...........

Congratulations! It looks like it is in very good condition. All that puppy needs is some Everclear/denatured, ~100 bristled pipe cleaners, Q-tips, a knife for reaming out the cake, and buffing/waxing wheels. It doesn't look like it has any significant damage.

It looks like some on the stamping may be faint or buffed out but it's hard to tell from the pics. General condition is really good. I hope it was dated accurately, the only reason I bought it was the year.:)

Congratulations Mike! I've looked for a long time too, and have yet to find "the one". Have you tried Walker Briar Works? I think the guys name that does their restorations is Mike as well. He is supposed to be really good. They do that ozone treatment as well, that kills all funky stuff.

That is a great looking pipe at a steal of a price. Once you clean it up and whatnot its going to be a real looker.

Nice score! I'm sure you'll be very happy with it once it gets back from Spill's butcher shop.
