Here's a little something different, the Koolsmoke. What makes this pipe different from the Falcon or Viking is the use of a nut on a threaded post in the humidome that can be raised or lowered to increase or decrease draw. These pipes are aluminum and come chrome plated and golden chrome plated.

I won one on Ebay and it was a total wreck.
The chrome was flaking and had turned a brownish tint, and the bowl was full of cake.
So I set out to refurbish it.
First I scraped off all of the chrome:eek: then gave the bowl a good reaming:byg:.
next I took and buffed the pipe, removing all scratches and bringing out the aluminum's nice shine.
    Have a look:

Awesome looking, love how aluminum shines almost as good as chrome.

I been lurking on Ebay for a falcon. And I found a lot of other metal pipes. I don't one that's.been refurbished and costing a arm and leg, but one that's needs to be worked on.

This one started out looking like it had been buried in the yard. Now it looks shiney new, though it took a bit to get it that way.

WOW! You do excellent work. My falcon started off in comparable condition but I didn't get it sparkly-I can't keep anything clean (I use my good pipes everywhere I go, which includes barns and worse--just not the bathroom!) and settle for mediocrity.

    On a side note:
If you ever need a solvent-like cleaner such as "oven cleaner" mix ash and water... lye does work miracles, and it's free!
