Not a 100% pipe tobacco purchase but got this goodies today, 4 pouches of St. Bruno Ready Rubbed, 2 tins of F.U.B.A.R. Snafu Plain snuff and a unsmoked vintage Baronite ceramic pipe from a trade with dwaugh...

Two Dr. Grabow Vikings and an Aristocob from the 'bay. One Viking is pretty crusty, even after a lot of cleaning, and will need some work. The other one is in great shape and puffin' some PA through it right now.

With all this talk about the world coming to an end, I convinced my significant other that it is "important" to stock up on as much tobacco as possible...;)

While out and about before teaching a class this evening I found myself near my B&M, Tobacco Grove, so I stopped in and gave them some money. In return, they gave me a tin of Peterson's De Luxe Mixture and 2oz of Grampa's Blend - both wonderful wonderful smokes. I also got some pipe cleaners and matches, and the little pipe stand you see in the picture. Gave me something to look forward to at the end of a long day. I'll be having a bowl of each in a moment!

EDIT: Oh and I won a small full-bent lattice meerschaum on eBay the other day. Looking forward to receiving it. :)

With all the fuss about cob pipes I decided to get one. I went to the MM site and ended up ordering a Country Gentleman and a Mizzou. I'm just glad I was able to get away without ordering 1 of everything on the site.

Country Gentleman is my favourite cob. Beautiful smoke. I want mine modified by OT though to be a full bent, and maybe get a Forever stem on that sucker.
