Ma Tobacco Tax?

    anyone here know the tobacco tax % (pipe,cig,cigar,etc.) in MA?

    has to be just cigarettes. the NJ tobacco laws are completely bollocksed because (excluding princeton where they charge out the ass cause they can) i can get pipe weed and nasal snuff at affordable prices whereas cigarettes or chew/dip cost approximately 1.3 arms or one leg.

    All I know is that it would cost me much less to live out of state and order from JL Piretti than it does for me to take the T three stops and walk over. That probably includes shipping. They used to discuss the added state tax but I see from the new website they're keeping mum now. Doesn't really matter. I'd rather keep them in business.

    :lol: Im paying nearly double any tobak here in FL that I could get online. Lowest import tin I saw today was $13.35. Same tin is $8.25 only.

    DAMN TAXES! ;)
