Very nice indeed! I love my Sevket - hope you love yours as much!
...that's the point!
That's one great looking pipe, be sure to keep us updated with pics of the coloring.
For sure! Can't wait to smoke 'n post!
IF they send you the right pipe!
This remains to be seen - but I very much hope so.
I took exactly 1 day to get here and it is the right pipe. Thats what I call "Express shipping". Here are some pics:
Great looking pipe. I'm sure you'll enjoy it for a very long time. One suggestion and a question...
I wouldn't keep it on the floor too often --- and where is the battery?
That is a gorgeous pipe! Congrats!
That is one beautiful pipe! Enjoy!
Man, that's a beauty, congratulations on the score. Is it a push tenon, or screw? How is the drilling? Any internal shots?
Thank you Paul and Skrymr and Coastal Bend!
Thank you jdto! https://pipesmokersforum.com/community/threads/meerschaum-question-draft-hole.28475/#post-567505
Thanks for that. It looks like an absolute champ. I'm sure you'll get many years out of it.
I'm just smoking my first bowl and all I can say is: AWESOME - I love it!
Big ol' bowl on that pipe, too. NICE!
(Seriously, they didn't send you the battery for it?)
Absolutely gorgeous. Can't believe you didn't include a picture of the battery though.
An excellent choice!
I love the ornate carved pipes, and have 2 pipes from Kudret Gezer, who is Sevket's brother.
yeah...I also saw very nice meers from his brother. Have to put the whole family on my PAD list.
Simon, this is really all Old Ted's fault. He posted pictures of his Sevket Gezer, and I've lusted for one ever since. I don't even have one, so I can't be totally to blame.
That said, it is a gorgeous pipe! To bad you are breaking it in with bland tobacco.
