Hey everyone! Since I am still waiting on my Meer to get here I figured I would buy another pipe besides my cob to smoke everyday. Here she is, I got it at my local Cigar/Pipe shop, The Hemingway. I just smoked a 1/4 bowl this afternoon and it did real well. I also bought a tin of McClelland Anniversary 2010 tobacco and I really really like that.

Question though, I like the style of this pipe, is there a name for it? Any idea who makes this?

She smoked pretty nice but how does one cake the heel? Once I was finished I noticed the bowl was starting to get caked but the very bottom of the heel was not. Did I not smoke it long enough?

    Anyways, here is the pic...enjoy.

    Pretty pipe!

Looks like a bent billie(billiard) to me. I'm unfamiliar with the name, but that acrylic stem screams Italian made...to me, anyway.

Caking a heel is easy...just smoke her all the way down(preferably slowly), over and over! One bowl prolly won't result in any visible results, so best keep at it! :)

    Enjoy!

Truth? My new insurance agent. I just bought my first house (FHA Appraisal is this week) and Statefarm was killing me on Homeowners and Truck insurance. So I switch to Nationwide and saved like 80 bucks a month for the exact same coverage.
