Just got my latest Rad Davis pipe in yesterday and I am very pleased with the look and how it smokes. It is a group 5 Lovat and weighs only 46 grams. I am a big fan of Rad's work and have fallen in love with the way his pipes smoke.

That's a beautiful pipe. I've coincidentally smoking my one Rad bulldog, but it won't be the last.

Rad Davis pipes are amazing to look at. I hear they smoke fairly well too. :)

    Congratulations on that beauty!

Thanks guys for all the nice comments.

Stonewall, I have smoked a lot of great pipes over the years from the likes of Former, Rainer Barbi, Kurt Balleby, Peter Matzhold and others and I have to say everyone of my Rad Davis pipes smoke better than the names I mentioned above. Now those names were all great pipes, but the Rad's have something extra in that his are the driest pipes I have ever smoked. I have never had to use a pipe cleaner to soak up excess moisture and I live in Florida. It still amazes me.

Gorgeous pipe! The blast, shank extension, and cumberland stem go really well together.

I got a Rad in May and have really enjoyed it. I hope yours gives you years of great smokes!
