Thought I would show the meer I ordered last week. After reading threads about them, and talking with Will, I decided it was time to add another to the collection. While it is on the large side, she smokes great and is already starting to color after just three smokes.

Haha, pipes. It said it was going to auto correct. Apparently you need to hit space for that to happen.

Nice shape and my favorite aromatics! The Berry Cobbler and Raspberries and cream are great.

I found a Meerschaum guy who is reasonable and does work thats comparable to Tekin, Emin, etc.

Just search Meerschaum pipe master and his website comes up. Nice guy and I think his work is pretty nice. He uses Block Meerschaum.

His pipe are nice and does all the right stuff, except he uses those darn tinker-toy nylon tenons! Only Altinok, IMP and Baki use the much better Delrin tenon. Other than that his pipes look good. At least he puts a cork in the bowl and shank mortis to keep the wax out while dipping in bees wax. I had a Baki that was loaded with wax in the shank - ugh, that was awful to smoke until I got the crap cleaned out! Nasty.

Ahhh, didnt think about that Will. I really like the floral/celtic knots that Sevket does, but right now $300 isnt in the budget. This is my first Meerschaum :)

Very nice apple/ball meer...love the pierced ones! IMP and Altinok are probably the best importers around today. I have two IMPs and numerous pipes from Sinan's shops. Yeppers, you done good!
