I placed an order for a new Diplomat today. I went ahead and ordered 8 Danish Bent stems at the same time. I have heard a lot about this pipe, I am looking forward to it, Beale.

Enjoy your new baby, Beale. ;) I bet she'd look sexy wearing nothing but a Forever Stem....

    What do you think? :beck:

May you enjoy many smokes with your new cob. I enjoy my Washington and I'm eyeballing a Country Gentleman my self. MM makes good pipes, I only have the Washington so far and smoked it daily for over a month still going strong.

Good catch Beale, can't beat a good corn-cob, for a inexpensive way to feed your PAD. I've been lookin' at 'em myself.

Congrats on the new cob, Beale! The Diplomat is on my radar as well. I'm really enjoying the ones I bought recently, especially the General.

So, Beale, did you get the natural Diplomat? If not, that should be your next purchase. Then you can compare smoking qualities between the plaster finish and the natural.

Enjoy in good health, Beale! I love my (Forever-stemmed) Diplomats; they've become my go-to pipes. So much so that I'm done adding more briars, unless some earth-shattering estate deal shows up.

No I ordered the standard one. My biggest issue with the natural to be honest. I am a lefty. I have lost quite a bit of sensation inmy left hand. The rustic, natural finish pipes really irritate my hand? Makes it fell like pins and needles while smoking. Thus I stick to the smooth pipes, Beale.

The Diplomat has been on my PAD list awhile, but keeps getting bumped down by the TAD list! I enjoy my MM Legend cob a lot! :old:
