Just bought a Peterson Kinsale Rusticated (XL15). Now I am trying to figure out which tobacco to dedicate it to. So I ask for all your opinions.....
    My choices are the following:

Chick Magnet, Kickin' Chicken and my favorite Fr. Dempsey Blend from Kramer's Tobacco (Virginia, Latakia and oriental) and All Day Long (Black Cavendish blended with Bright Virginia and #1 Grade Burleys)

Chick Magnet is my favorite out of your 4 choices, (albeit I've only tried that and Kickin' Chicken).

My choice is Father Dempsey. It is a remarkable tobacco that remains unknown to most.

:thu2: MB GE is Burley ... but it's not like the PS or SWR type . It's more " refined " better stuff for sure . It's got the toasty burley flavor and some of the woody burley flavor , if ya catch my drift . MB GE , in bulk , is pretty cheap also ! If ya dont like it ... I'll trade ya something for it so youre not out . It a medium blend in every sense , which is why it works as a go to for me

Kickin' Chicken, of course! Although All Day Long is a good smoke too. I have a Nording Churchwarden (who ever heard of such a thing?) dedicated to All Day Long.

As always - when this question (or a very similar one) makes it's regular appearance, the answer is simple - although not so entertaining. If I was going to 'dedicate' my new pipe to a single tobacco (which I would not) it would be my favourite blend, or one of them, and the preference of twenty or thirty strangers would be immaterial! - sorry! :(

'whatever' tobacco is of no consequence--really like that pipe--everything should be great in it--ya done good--

I am with Ruff on this one for sure! Plus it won't taint or ghost the pipe and if you want to smoke something else like a Va or VaPer in it she'll be fine.

Ruff, got my 100g tin of this stuff in the mail yesterday. QUESTION: Should I open it and let it sit and dry out a bit? Smoke it immediately? Age it a bit? Thanks!!

PS anybody else's opinion with this is also appreciated!
