G&H Brown Irish Twist in a Falcon. May be my imagination, but I'm liking this better than SG's version. Perfect on a 'colder than a witch's...in a brass bra' type of day. Coffee with a snot-cicle stirrer on the side.

Whew, been out of the loop for a while. Hardly had time to sit down with a pipe let alone talk to you guys about it, but now that my experiment with the auto industry is over I'm enjoying a bit of down time with some FVF. Ahhhh.

The Falcon bowl i have is definitely discontinued, it's not the snifter. It looks more like a Plymouth bowl but with the two wide outer flanges at the top and bottom of the bowl and the middle section is narrower than the Plymouth. The Plymouth has the wide outer flanges at the top and middle section, with a tapering bottom. Imagine the Dublin bowl but with the mid section gently narrower, a gentle curve top to bottom... ;) these bowl shapes are speaking only of Falcon bowl shapes.

So after giving this some thought, without having an official Falcon name for this bowl, I'll call Dublinette (you know, shapely figure, sweeping curves, ;)). Better than calling it "ply-blin" or "dub-mouth"....:)

Started a bowl of Lakeland Brickle in a Grabow Sculptura. Yuck, seems like it is cased in Dawn dish washing liquid.

About to fire up a nice bowl of Night Train in the Ben Wade billiard. It's topped with just a little bit of OJK. Looking forward to a nice smoke :)
