    how's it smoking, chad?

i hear someone has a black blasted squashed tomato of rads for sale that he has yet to post anywhere.... ;)
    ---
i'm about to leave work, so my choices are... the last bowl of GLP Telegraph Hill, Elizabethan, HOTW, or some dang oriental blend. quick glimpse of my pipes eliminates the oriental blend (my 1 oriental pipe is at home).

we'll go with the last GLP Telegraph Hill in a Stanwell Golden Danish poker that i just traded for.

btw - frickin cold in KC right now. 40's outside, 50's inside my office. dang boilers aren't working and the heaters feel like A/C. wearing 2 coats at my desk.

It is smoking quite well Greg. I'm confident it will find it's way into the coveted top 3-5 pipes once I get going with it. I have smoked it very little since getting it, due to being sick. This is the first day back in the saddle since MoBilly.

BTW, maybe someone should come up with a price on that squashed tomato for their favorite pipe smoking pal and not worry about posting it anywhere. ;)

I'm smoking an English blend that a friend put together for me to get me started with the pipe. Not sure what label but it's nice and smoking cool in my KE freehand. The makers mark with two cubes is making it even nicer.

Smoking S.G. 1792 Flake out of the Nording Freehand for the first time. a little of a bumpy start, but now it's rolling along.

Yeah, Greg two jackets in the 50's? Man you sound like my Mom! XD

I got the windows down, it's 71 out, and sippin' some Warre's Ruby Port (sour stomach :( ) Feeling better now! YAY!

well, i figured that i work indoors and the climate would be controlled a bit. i had a light jacket there already, and only wore another light jacket in, so i doubled up to stay warm.

I had a pleasant surprise, I had less than a bowl of 1792 flake and less than a bowl of PA so I mixed them together figuring what the heck. It was one wonderful smoke! Creamy and smooth and tasted great. Sometimes you never know.:puff:
