    I've had the best success by letting it dry to nearly crispy dry. I mini cubecut it when wet and let the cubez dryout.

    Thanks for the tip, will try that out next. Now smoking the fully rubbed out flakes I set out to dry earlier today... in a lattice poker meer. I figure it will be another ten bowls before I decide whether this toby is worth restocking and adding to the cellar :bing:
