Morning Dan the rest of our band of hooligans...

Home again today as one of my dogs is having surgery, she has a growth on one of her eyelids and we have to get it removed or it could scratch her retina and blind her.

Tobacco Traders Gulfstream in the Jobey Band 200, strong coffee on the side (but wishing it was Turkish)

As I'm just about done with both my open tins of C&D's Evening Rise and Sam's Blend (and since I like the Sam's Blend more) I figured I'd try mixing the two and seeing how that worked for me. Loaded my Neerup Classic Bent Rhodesian. We'll see how this works out...

I just finished a mini MM corn cob bowl of Stokkebye Cherry with a cup of Jelk's Chocolate Indulgence coffee. Yummy on both. They both came in the mail today. I'm still in the experimental stage. The cherry was a bit on the strong side, which I expected, but it's better than something that doesn't give you a hit at all. It didn't really bite. I do like the flavor.

I believe I'm going to like these mini cobs. They'll work really well when on the road or when I have just a few minutes to puff. I can go thru a pipeful in a bit over 5 minutes.

Tomorrow I'll try the Hearth and Home and the next day, Scott's Butternut Burley. I bought a different MM for each blend, so as to get the true taste.

Oh, and the sun is shining with no rain in the forecast at all, for the first time in over a month. Life is good!

That's fantastic! Just don't smoke the first few bowls all the way down and when you begin to taste something strange, stop. After awhile it'll get better and you'll be smoking full bowls.
