Golden Glow in a Falcon watching the
snails cross the footpath. Kind of lame,
    I know, but it's a good way to de-stress.
I'm really starting to like GG!

Snail-watching is arguably just as relaxing as bird-watching, but requires less stealth :)

PS Luxury Bullseye Flake in a Casseloni half-bent I bought 34 years ago when I was young and optimistic. It smoked great then, and it smokes great now. I'm gobbling this thick, rich smoke like it were ice cream.

#1 out of a five part sample of mystery latakia blends I received from a fellow PSF member. First time smoking this, no idea what it is or who makes it.

It's nice, well rounded, medium bodied on the palate with just a hint of sweetness and a nice portion of latakia thrown in. Light enough for the first smoke of the day, but still substantial...slightly "bright" tasting despite the healthy dose of lat. I would guess there's a nice portion of Va, too, perhaps. There's some sort of sweet-ish taste I can't pinpoint. I'll be interested in finding out what this stuff is, but so far I like it.

Oh yeah, and it's in my Ben Wade Canadian.

Edit: Must have packed this a lot lighter than I realized. At the bottom 1/3 of the bowl now, and it's really developed in flavor. Still sweet and smokey, but with a little more leather and a definitely spicier flavor than before and a faint hint of an incense-like flavor. VERY nice, imo.
