    Good morning all.

Well, last nights edition of MNF was a disappointment. It seems that Kansas City without Matt Cassel plays a lot like KC *with* Matt Cassel....<sigh> 34 to 3...c'mon man!

Starting the day with some LTF in the horn meerschaum and a mug of Folgers Dark Roast.

    Have a grand day kiddies!

Hey, they had a bit of a winning streak there for awhile. They started like 0-3 and the next time I looked they were 4-5.

Currently smoking Spilman's in an IMP freehand meer.

I'm smoking Exhausted Rooster in the meerschaum. What a nice smoke this stuff makes. I love the flavor I get from the meer, too, but hope to upgrade to a better one eventually. This has a spot in the bowl where it starts to gurgle for a little while.

Just cracked a 5 year old tin of McClellands Black Shag that's been sitting in my cellar for 3 years. I bought it and then continued to find things more interesting to smoke. But here we are puffing away in my Servi "Insane Clown" meerschaum.

OGS in a Baki large Lovat. Did y'all know whe it's as gusty windy as it is now, meerschaum outside changes color like a mood ring? Weird, huh?

OK, I made that up. But seriously, how neat would that be?

Sir Walter Raleigh Aromatic in a Guildhall/Mansion House pipe. I got the SWRA at the not so local B&M, along with a tin of SG Navy Flake. I actually decided to smoke a bowl in the store's lounge. I've never done that before, but I played on the iphone so no one would talk to me.... -David

Yeah, in person, other pipesmokers are an obnoxious, gossipy bunch of old hens. I hear your cluckin' loud and clear, D...:)

If you need consolation, just look yon Indianapolis way. I'd be able to dig the schadenfreude a lot more if there weren't so many former Hawkeyes on the team... :(
