    Thanks, boys. I don't trust my honker to tell me the whole story ATM. This'n has me in allergy mode...watery eyes, runny nose, wet pants, etc. I'm enjoying it, regardless, but hooo-boy!

    Now you've got me wondering if there is a dash of Perique in there. I've noticed it get slightly spicy from time to time, but not as much as something like Limerick, which always starts out sweet and tangy and finishes spicy in my experience. HOTW can vary a lot too, depending on how much I dry it before smoking. Smoking it moist brings out the sweetness, and smoking it dry highlights the spiciness.
