A man after my own own heart.

    Mine went something like this:
    Irc 2010
black archer ( or something like that...a blend from Archer)
    Bear's choice (local b&m blend)
    Carter hall in a cob
    Three nuns in a cob
Three nuns in a sav florence
Scottish cake in a ben wade
Three nuns in a peterson (found this my best pipe for three nuns)
PS Luxury twist flak in a sav
Will probably have dunhill nightcap as a nightcap in the not too distant future.

Had the tongue removed as it seemed to be impeding my consumption of toby. The wife approves. Some of are short/half bowls...if it matters.

It don't matter! A bowl is a bowl! Half, quarter, filled brimming over! It ends the same!

Enjoy!....but I don't have to tell you that, you already know how and are setting a fine example! :D

I suppose it depends on what else I've been smoking that day. When I first bought this I found it okay. Not offensive and easily could be someone's all day smoke. Often I find it a bit bland and non descript, but yesterday, especially in the Peterson, I enjoyed it. This pouch has been open for well over a month now. Maybe the Pete helped to bring the flavor out.

Do you have an opinion on 3 nuns?

HV in a Baki. This stuff is such a nose twitcher, I may put it away until later to give it a fairer shot. Shame, too...it's good.

    Good morning!
Skiff of snow last night, temps holding at 27F (-2.7C). At least the sun is out......
Starting the new day with Lancer's Slices in the Perfecto gold-crowned bent bulldog. Got to looking at this pipe under the glass. It says, "Pat.Aug1-11." Makes this old piece 100 years old!
Haven't been smoking these old briars in a while. Need to make the effort to keep them in the rotation. Sipping a new vanilla Chai tea...not bad....
Another quiet day in the Bear's Den! Stay warm.
