Solanis ABF could fit the bill - still - I wouldn't describe the taste as
I have some Peterson nutty cut, very good. I sometimes find that frog on the town has a nutty taste.
nutty cut is some good stuff thanks!
I like a good burley. For the most part they are easy smoking and a good smoke at anytime for me. I enjoy the flavors in the macbaren burlies but the London burley bites me a little more than I can tolerate. I haven't tried the Scottish mix yet but I shall. The Cornell and diehl burly flakes are great. I like to to add a pinch of PA to them on occasion but by themselves they are still great.
OK, if we are going there... my absolute nuttiest flavor has come from a parfait. Fold and stuff some Solani ABF in the bottom 2/3 of a bowl. Top it off with Carter Hall. Man, that's some nutty, smooth goodness there.
Peretti's have some great burleys. 333, BCP and Cuban Mixture are faves of mine.
It's nothing like Butternut Burley but Peter Stokkebye's Pistachio is good (IMO).
Ditto on the pistachio.
