I'm looking for a "Rum" flavored Virginia in a ribbon cut or cake. No Burley (I know), or Perique. Need advice.

    Thanks!
    Ol Brokedik.

Uhle's Black Stoker, Boswell's Rum River, and Pipeworks & Wilke Plumcake. The Plumcake does have a little burley but it is an excellent blend.
    God Bless!!! Ray

I agree with Rewster66 - you can definitely taste the rum in it and it's great stuff.

Here's another vote for Navy Cavendish and Blockade Runner. Both are excellent smokes and to me Blockade Runner is a bit stronger and I seem to taste more of the rum in Navy Cavendish. I like Navy Cavendish so much I dedicated a Pete Kapet fishtail for it.

Here you go... McClelland Navy Cavendish, aged naturally with Dark Jamaican Rum.

I just smoked my first bowl of Uhle's Black Stoker today. It was very smooth, creamy and had a great flavor. I second Rewster's recommendation.

Trying to stay away from Burley. I went with a tin of Navy Cavendish and Blockade Runner. I'll give both tins a couple of weeks to rest. I'll come back with my takes on these two smokes in a few weeks. Again, thanks for the advice.

    Be well.

Randall don't be afraid to let that NAvy Cav dry out quite a bit. It seemed to get really sweet and rummy for me when I dried it a bit and smoked it in a bucket-sized Radice. I think Uhle's comes from Uhle's Smoke shop only....

Well, mine was a sample in the Box Pass #3, but I have it on my TAD list to purchase at Uhle's direct:
