OK, I admit I may have a problem with self-control. I've never ordered more than a pound of tobacco at one time before but my cupboard was bare and I couldn't take it anymore. Well not completely bare as I have a few pounds of affordablepipes blends from long ago aging in jars but my tastes have changed and I don't see myself reaching for any of those any time soon. (trade, anyone?)
    So here's what I ordered:
    For my English/Balkan craving.
    12 oz. Larry's Blend
    12 oz. Black House
    12 oz. Newminster Ultimate English

    For my aromatic craving.
    12 oz. Newminster Rich Vanilla
    12 oz. Lane 1Q
    16 oz. bag MacBaren Plumcake
12 oz. tin Sir Walter Raleigh Aromatic

    For my Burley/Virginia craving.
    14 oz tin Carter Hall
14 oz tin Sir Walter Raleigh

A problem with self-control? Perhaps, but at least I resisted the temptation to go for some of the more expensive blends. :appl:

Good for you! You'll be as broke as the rest of us, but at least you'll have company!

That's a problem? The cupboard is no longer bare and you have plenty of the tobacco that you enjoy. Sounds more like you just solved a problem.

Sounds like "Old Codger" wisdom. Did Confucius smoke a pipe?

Well done. You can be assured that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. If I a) hand enough money, and b) lived in the USA, I would probably find myself doing similar things on a more-than-really-necessary basis.
