pipe smoking at 100 yrears old !

    I was just reading this article and i thought it was worthy of a mention here.

    This chap is a war hero too.
    I love to see positive storieslike this, makes me feel good inside :)

    If a shoebox can be a cellar then i do
    Well i got two tins and a pouch
    Not exactly a life times supply i know but that will keep me going about a year
    And thats not including my tubs of daily smokes

    See, pipe smoking is good for you, my uncle Eddy died just short of his one hundreth birthday also a pipe smoker.

    Wonderful story of a genuine war hero, and member of The Greatest Generation!
    100 years young gentleman pipester, we all aspire to such an achievement.

    Going to light up my finest meerschaum in his honor, my 100+ year old horse pipe.

    Great story!! A Chindit?? Along with Merrill's Marauders, some of the toughest men of their day. Hats off, salute, and I'm going to go fill a pipe.
