I've always got the ketchup smell and flavor from McClelland products. Not one to give up I picked up a tin of St. James Woods tonight. I opened the tin and immediately smelled ketchup. I had my wife take a smell and she immediately said that she smelled chocolate. I took another smell and indeed I got bitter sweet chocolate. I'm not one to have that happen. I usually smell what I smell and taste what I taste. The first bowl was very enjoyable. I got the smokiness of the black stoved Virginia and the fruitiness of the red Virginia. The Perique was very zesty, surrounding the flavors I got from the Virginia. I only got a hint of ketchup. Thanks honey!
