Recommendations for some 'mild' smoke...

    Thanks for all the suggestions... keep'em coming :) I'll use this thread as a reference for future purchases !
    For now, I went with McClelland's 5100 Red Cake, and to test out somewhat of an English style I chose 1888's Early Day. It had some pretty good reviews. Anyone here tried it ?

    I highly recommend the Frogs. Also: Try McCelland 2000.

    Peterson Irish Oak seemed like a nice milder smoke if I remember correctly. It took my by surprise.
