I've been wanting to try some plugs and was wondering how Cob Plug is? Would this be a good one to start with? Is it readily available?

Cool, Thanks dbwittkopf. Proof once again that pipe smokers are some of the best and most giving people around.

think - 1792 in a block......I prefer it that way ( it works out a bit cheaper for me than a tin of flakes too! ) but IMO it has very slightly less of the Tonquin flav.

Well then, I know I'd like it because I have smoked 1792, and really enjoy it!

I love 1792. It transported me to far away long ago places the first time I tasted it. Beautiful stuff. I've been told that it is only available in Europe in this format. Where cob does not refer to the corn cob. :)
