Stanwell HCA 6 Sandblast

    Just picked this up the other day. Always wanted a curchwarden and this one looked really nice.

    I'm breaking it in with a Virginia flake. Smokes nice but gets a bit hot. I hope that settles down as the cake builds up.

    I have always liked the looks of the HCA Churchwardens. You got a nice looking pipe there!

    That might be one of the better looking churchwardens that I have seen.

    I have a couple of HCA's, and I love them. I think I have an I and an II, both smooth finished. One of mine is a little warm in the middle, but I think it's just from thinner walls to be able to get the tapered shape.

    Enjoy yours, it is a beautiful pipe! Stanwell does excellent work IMHO.
