New Savinelli partially bent author. Couldn't pass it up. It's a stout little sucker and feels really good in your hands. Good smoke while trying to breaking it in tonight.

The first bowl was a house English from the B&M I got the pipe at today. Not a huge fan so I'm probably going to let it cool for a couple of days and order something like Frog Morton or PS English Luxury. And, it's almost all birdseye across both sides and straight grain across the top and bottom. The grain is awesome on this one. I really want to go smoke another bowl but I don't want to push it too fast.

I don't know what is so different about this pipe but it is AWESOME! In 3 bowls it has turned into my favorite and it isn't even broken in yet. I don't know if I've found 'the' shape for me but everything seems to be set perfectly with this pipe.

Bit me too, and I have to stop. Scored a pipe on Monday, and got another one today.

Mondays victory was met with a "well that's good dear, I hope you enjoy" from the boss. Tonights was "Greeeeaaaat" with the roll of her eyes. I think it will be a while before I buy another pipe....

Oh crap, I'm burning it. If you look down in the bowl there are burn cracks. I've smoked about 5 half bowls and one full bowl. If I lay off it for a couple of days do you think I can get some cake over it to stop it?

TAD...PAD... two sides of the same evil coin. One wolf feeds the other. Nice pipe, Jayson.

    Pics?

Are you sure it is a crack in the bowl and not in the carbon? Did you hear it crack while smoking? Is the crack visible from the outside of the bowl?

I think it's going to be "awhile"....... What's another way of saying it? No "kisses" for you.

    You. "C'mon baby".

    Your significant other. "HA".

Nice pipe! I love my Savinelli's, they're great smokers at a reasonable price.
