    Unless that's what the locals call it "a TV pipe". That's a Swiss mountain pipe with fish tail mouth piece. They're sold all over Switzerland and many find their way into France. And, some are made on the French side of the Alps. Ebay1 Ya gotta love it! Chestnut?

    I attached a picture of my Swiss pipes. Think you can see the similarity. The little knobs are so your pinkies can hold it comfortably. Less chance of dropping it on a steep slope and having you pipe and makens rolling off.

    It looks like it's made to stand upright with the bend to catch whatever juice and condensation. Perhaps that nub on the bottom of the stem unscrews? Don't know why they chose the angle for this picture unless they wanted a "landscape" view. Not sure what television is involved either.

    I don't think something this fancy-pants for $32 passes the smell test. Buyer beware.
