Ok, I get that the "Tail" catches the moisture. But a Phalic pipe hanging from your mouth leaves much to be desired.

I would not want to be seen within 50 feet of a pipe like that. It is simply obscene. I'm sure there is a more aesthetically pleasing way to deal with the issue of moisture.

I wouldn't be seen anywhere with that pipe--public or private!

Doesn't cross me that way. It's a cavalier style. I'd have no problem being seen(not obscene) with it.

Now there have been other threads here with pipes that were meant to look exactly like a male member. (No, not Rewster, either.)

I really do care for the style of the pipe. I will keep it clean in my comments, but the over all pipe simply doesn't even remotely appeal to me. To each his, or her own--it may be the pipe that calls a certain persons name, and is a must have---me I will pass.

Send it here Rem...I'll give it a good home. The Cavalier is a good looking, great smoking, easy maintenance pipe. Wish I had kept my last one......let a good buddy talk me out of it.

Consult a physician if the fire in that pipe lasts longer than 4 hours as it may also cause loss of vision, and hearing. Stop smoking it if this occurs.---I couldn't resist----:laff:-----------does the piece on the bottom have a reservoired tip----ok I'll stop:xd::byg:

The tip on true Cavs will unscrew to facilitate cleaning....the area just above acts as a reservoir to trap excess moisture. That looks like a bone or horn tip on that one...nice!

These are really cool, dry smokers. Make fun if you must, but they *are* good pipes.

I'm sure there is also a perfectly good rationale behind men wearing kilts, but you will never see me wearing one. Sometimes perception trumps utility, and the similarities between this pipe and a certain anatomical part of the male homo sapiens body is just too great for me to feel comfortable smoking this pipe.

Guys forgive me with my poking fun--PLEASE accept my apology if I in fact offended ANYONE. I must admitt I like the idea as far as dry smoking, and cleaning. Its a pipe shape that doesn't jump out at me as a must have. The materials used in this pipe are nice--briar has nice grain, and the cav tip has a smokey hew to it---it is pretty, but me---and just me its a shape that doesn't trip my trigger. Granted for those who like the design, or engineering features--I can see why---looks like the lower part would trap moisture, and the fact the cav tip comes off--drain mositure--and cleaning---looks like a real breeze. It kinda reminds me of a briar version of the german wine pipes. ---I actually new a guy from Germany as a child who smoked one--tassles, and all---I always thought it was cool as heck. Anyhow--its a unique take on pipes---not for everyone-----yeah--if you were sitting near me smoking it---I would not make fun--its all in what one enjoys.

Lol, I got a million of 'em in reference to that thing.

Really though, if I need something that smokes dry, has a moisture reservoir, and also LOOKS GREAT... I'll go with a System Peterson, thank you very much.

No offense taken gentlemen, I'm hard to insult. While you all were prattling on like silly little school-boys with their first Playboy fold-out, I did my duty to the forum, and kept the conversation focused on the pipe, it's quality and superior smoking characteristics.

    No insult intended........:haha:
