We did no such thing. Remember we could only show you the door. You're the one that had to walk through it.

Quite possibly the most profound/exotic/artistic post I have ever seen.

Don Carlos at the B&M. Think I'm about to light up a Liga No. 9 here in a minute. It's been a long day, to say the least, so this is a welcome retreat for a little while.

A little over a year on this Small Batch # 3. She was calling my name when I opened the lid. I am so weak.

And now, to round out the day, having a Prensado as I finish up a rough draft of a preliminary positioning paper for a journalistic project. The project should be fun and enlightening if I can get over my natural aversion to approaching and interviewing people who may or may not want to be interviewed. But hey, getting outside your comfort zone is one of the best (and maybe only) ways to really learn.

This cigar, however, is firmly within my comfort zone.

This was given to me by a friend at the cigar shop the other day. He said it's from '08, and it sure is tasty. Kind of reminds me of graham crackers and honey, but with a solid tobacco backbone and bready nuances. So damn good.

Well, I've had a Principe and a Corojito over the past two hours. Reading some tough but very interesting material for class...I'm finding smoking cigars while studying to be a little easier than fiddling about with a pipe while trying to read and take notes

^ Now that's a good cigar day. Decided to go for another one myself, and this will probably be my last for the day.

Probably my favorite of all Oliva products. This one is well aged, and it came courtesy of DocB from the Secret Santa thing. One tasty smoke.

OpusX Belicoso with about a year on it.
Gotta say it's not as good as the last one I had. Bitter and wonky.

    Perfect for Valentine's Day.
