The Hoyo Excaliburs are solid. I do like one every once in a while.
Haven't had a SL, I don't chase the new stuff much anymore.
Camacho has good and bad days. Obviously. I do like the Room 101 coronas, with some age. The rest... Meh. Take 'em or leave 'em.
Oliva is probably the most consistent and solid cigar company around. Jose is a great guy, and has hooked me up a couple of times. The V and the V maddie are super cigars. I have just got others that I like more. I would gladly smoke them any day.

Haven't had any of those Tat's. Guess I'd better try 'em.
Illusione are hard to come by around here and are on my "hit list."
Same with My Father; no one around here carries them.

I talk with Russ, Marker, and Wrightwood John about cigars a lot. Illusione and MyFather get a lot of love from the "real" cigar guys (I'm just re-learning, re-familiarizing myself after a decade of not smoking sticks).

I guess I should specify, in case anyone finds the need to sharpshoot my content. Two on the list are actually Don Pepin's son, Jaime. So I will also publicly profess my love for JPG. Same-same. Tomato/Tomato. You get the idea... :th1:

Sounds like you and Russ share the same palette. I mean that in a good way, and not literally. You're both too damn tough to actually share ;-).

I actually like them. As far as them being named by a teenager... LOL Opus has a Power Ranger named by a 5yo?

    A L'Atelier 52 - Pretty nice.....Bright, dry, citrusy ...yada yada.....I suck at reviewing.

Had a Genesis robusto by Ramon Bueso last night. Great looking stick. Very dark, oily and sweet.

Looks like our tastes line up, however my order would vary a bit. I would also remove the 68, 888 and include the Epernay and the Tat Anarchy. I would also include the Jaime Garcia reserva Especial somewhere in there...aaaannnnddd the Dirty Rat

Damn, top 10 lists are so hard...

don't get me started on CC's

Oliva G Serie Maduro for later.

Tomorrow I'll probably have like 4 cigars to treat myself after all the work i've had in school this week.

    Angelenos 2009 Robusta.
Tasty but mild. Slightly off burn profile.

Its a great stick, best 5V I have had. Its strong but not over powering, coffee, chocolate, earthy, and pepper are the main flavors I picked up. Burn was excellent, lots of smoke, and blended by AJ Fernandez, so that right there for me makes it a great stick. I have 9 more resting and I am sure when I am down to 3 or 4 I will be buying a box.

    Todays sticks...

CAO 'VR' Totem. First stick I ever had that starts off with coffee, and ends with tea. Really nice long finish on this one. I was tasting tea a good 30 minutes after smoking it.

I bought these to be my morning start the day off stick. The first couple I had were not bad, but the last few have just been terrible. I introduce you now to the $.60 a stick Liga IV
