I got a (free?) three pack of them with a box purchase of La Relobas from Famous.

It tasted like cedar and red satin?

If you are in your home sauna with a Victoria's Secret model...wait, what? Oh, the Fuente. Nevermind.

Had to burn a few cigars I really wanted to try this last couple weeks. What good are they sitting in a box?

1988 Partagas Short. This is the first Party Short I have liked. The rest were crappy and no idea why people smoke them. Terrible burn, some strange spice taste that doesn't appeal to me. This one was still kickin but not as much and turned out so much better.

Next is an LFD chisel in the shop. Great friend of mine sent it to me because he does not like heavy cigars. I really like these. The flavor is great.

A wonderful Monte #1 with some Buffalo Trace bourbon. For as much as I dislike the incosistency of the Monte #2, the #1, #4, Edmundo and Petit Edmundo really shine. Sorry for the blurry but it was windy that day.

1997 Bolivar Inmensa. This reminds me of all the things I love about Bolivar. Like an aged BRC but lasted 2.5 hours. Cream, nutty smooth leather taste. This cigar blew my mind back into my Bolivar wh**e mode.

After that Bolivar I was prepared to be let down by a CT Master. My first Master and I was really hoping I liked it. Really enjoy most of the CT line.

It was wonderful. Some sweetness I could not place the taste of (it didn't taste like Pepsi, just to let you know...). Really a nice and inexpensive followup to the Bolivar.

Tatuaje La Casita Criolla. Really didn't enjoy this cigar. Burnt meat taste (think Diesel Unholy Cocktail) and no redeeming qualities otherwise. This is a full broadleaf cigar so it should be strong and full flavor but it needed a year to let the strength simmer and the filler to shine out a little.

My boy throwing the dog throw while I smoke a cigar. Thanks for the smoke break buddy.

The cigar I smoked while throwing for the dogs and doing some writing after. Camacho coyolar. These little figurados are butt kickers but still so darn good. Was a nice Sunday afternoon and didn't want to waste it. Winter will be here in less than a month.

Nice, Marker! I really like the Master, it's a good smoke, and affordable to boot.

Taking notes Marker, the Camacho goes on my buy list. Your son looks like he's working on his discus form.

The throw hits the ground if he swings it 12-6. So he has to do a modified overhead spin that flattens to a discus move on release. No, I didn't teach him that. He learned through trial and error (read: hit himself in the head a few times). Proud of the guy. When he wants to do something he will take his lumps and figure it out.
