First bowl of Peterson's Old Dublin in a rustic Savinelli 320KS...
PS LTF in a Tekin Skull Meer.
GH&Co Dark Flake - Mastro de Paja.
H&H Sweet and Savory in a Baki. Again...meh.
Started the day off with some ERR in
a Falcon. I've now loaded up my Pete
303 with some aged SWR from master
Ruffino. Oddly enough, this'll be my
first go with SWR.
Eileen's Dream in my modified General
Mail just arrived. New IMP freehand IMP and the last of the Peterson tobaccos I hadn't tried out yet.
Peterson's Connoisseur's Choice in the new meerschaum. Not bad at all for a first bowl of an unfamiliar tobacco in a new pipe.
HOTW, smoked slowwwwllly, in the Baki. I wish these Rattray's weren't tongue biters for me...I rather like this blend, otherwise.
Oh well...sweet tea with lemon on the side. Beautiful day out!
Carmel Pipe Shop "965" (suspiciously close to "Stokkkebye's Proper English") in my '99 Randy Wiley Ovation.
Second consecutive bowl of Ogden's Walnut Flake in my hand-carved (from a kit) meer. First time I've had the Walnut Flake and I have to say I'm mighty pleased I bought it. Surprised it doesn't get more of a mention on here as one of the classic British OTC's. If you're keen on the idea of the British style tobaccos but can't handle the floral essence I suggest you give this stuff a try if you get a chance.
CH in a MM egg to work and back now enjoying 1-Q in a DG Savoy
C&D Billy Budd - Peterson Army Silver Mounted Red 86.
1-Q ina DrG Omega
Vintage Half and Half in the dedicated Legend
Lane 1-Q in DG Savoy (it tastes so good I just refilled to start over)
SG FVF in a Jeebs straight billard
Irish flake in my often ignored Falcon on the drive home from cadets. Going to pour myself a nice whisky now
Park-Lane Kringle in a Cevher Skull Meer.
Started late with CH in the cob and strong coffee for the wake up. When I'm sufficiently fortified I shall walk down the hill and get a tin of 1792 for to celebrate something. I'm not sure what but I'm certain there is something to celebrate.
