    Evening Gentlemen.

Been smoking for four hours now. Studying for a test I have here in an hour, Carter Hall, Captian, and SWR in my Savinelli Duca Carlo. This pipe is a freakin' champ.

This might sound a little weird, but it had to do with how I brush my teeth in the morning. I still had to be careful with puffing too hard, but I ended up with a slow sweet smoke. I still brushed my teeth, but just left the toothpaste out. I use the sonicare brush that my wife got for me (if it wasn't for that woman I'd be dead at 60 from 60 different things). I also didn't spend a huge.amount of time actually brushing my tongue. Seemed to fix it. Doesn't change nighttime brushing at all.

Sail (Green) in a Dr. Grabow Savoy.

This is an interesting smoke. The room note is far more aro than it tastes as I smoke it. It's quite my bowl of tea (to mix a metaphor) but it is at least an interesting, flavorful smoke. Just a little to sharp or rough for me, I'd like something a little rounder.

SG Skiff mixture in a Butz-Choquin faux bamboo bent pear. The tabac has 10 months on it, coming along VERY nicely.

Thanks Spill, I like it a lot. Great smoker and truly classic lines. I'd be curious when bulldogs came about. They've got a real art deco look. Not sure how old this one is. I bought it as an estate pipe from my local b&m. It's a "new era" GBD. Anyway, if that one at your b&m is anything like this one, I'd recommend it.

I gotta say...I like my Great Dane Egg better than my Legends, but this CG even blows the egg clear out of the water. Great smoker right off the bat! :puffy:

Bent Bulldogs have been around since at least 1927.

I'm enjoying Old Dublin in a Peterson 80s ( otherwise known as bent bulldog) right now.

Just had a nice, long, quiet chat with His Majesty, him recumbent in my Ozark Hardwood and myself leaning against a wall radiating the warmth from the passing day, where he politely and comprehensively explained why he has been so prevalent for so long. Needless to say I found our dear Prince Albert's arguments quite persuasive, and look forwards to many conversations with him in the future.
