Pirates beat the Braves again. The Pirates have played well lately, which is a switch from how they started. Pitching, pitching, pitching... and they finally have a few guys starting to hit. As for me, I picked a winner by lighting up FVF in an early '70s pebble relief Savinelli 315 Prince. Still drinking that bottle of Sprite. Suzy and Molly are very active today with the windows open, going from one to the other so they won't miss anything.

Imbibing some Louisiana flake while enjoying the grand finale of the Two Towers extended edition. Sounds like orc mischief to me.

I just did. Marvelous pieces and restorations! Thanks very much for the tip.

By the way, his name sounds both Finnish and Swedish. Reminds me a bit of when I was in Belgium and saw lots of names that were mixtures of Flemish (Dutch) and French. Strange to witness at first, but it makes sense in light of history.

Knowing a certain Thuber88 someone who will not be mentioned will say pictures or it didn't happen, here I am holding the quilt with the woman who made it and presented it, she is also the chair of selectman for our town.

Please note the chapeau is sans pipe. :beck:

Okie-Doke. I've already come to the conclusion that this is going to be a 5-7 bowl evening.

In addition to my hellacious week, Cubs now swept by the BrewCrew. And my alma mater has slipped out of the top 25 in NCAA baseball rankings.

EDIT: For context, I should add that we were supposed to be a contender for the College World Series this year.

The Virginia Woods this morning was great with my coffee. Next up was Mc. B's Plumcake in Pop's pipe and more coffee. Light snack for lunch of boiled peanuts with an ice cold Pepsi on the side. Now it's SWR in a basket briar and Merlot accompanying. Getting ready for a nice meal of cheeseburger pie, Lima Beans, salad and more Merlot. Evening all!

Ah, Virginias, after a long weekend of burning in some new billiards with Borkum Riff, I have dry cleaned them and have now started seasoning them up with my favorite McClelland Virginias, first few bowls in each pipe will be #5100 followed by #2010...
