You may be the coolest person that has ever been.
Smoking a new in the Rekamepip "Shaman" pipe
the Carter Hall was just laking in Latakia so saving x2 bowls full to shut the last ClayPril 5 Bar Gate it went to the Master Blender Bear who added the on going W. Mix pouch to the open Borkum Riff and the jar of W mix, gave it a stir and I smoked a bowl in the "Shaman" pipe while potting on the Black Sea Basma Turkish Day 72 see :-
The time is long overdue for CH to be made available in true bulk quantities
Well if a petition was got up and every one stopped buying it till they did
But my answer is "Sod Em" this is the just potted Black Sea Basma Turkish Day 72
the Lizard Tail Orinoco Virginia is only a few days behind and Ok I've to grow it on, harvest it, dry it slow and humid, re-hydrate, ferment it, blend it, dry it, add casing, press it into block and flake it. I'm up for it. I've built a smoker and aim to smoke some of the Turkish leaf, Wicker Latakia and not a penny Tax or Profit to pay.
As for pipes I wouldn't swap my Rekamepip pipe for the most expensive Dunhill out there I'm not into Brand names !
GAF in an Istanbul bowl.
Several things on the honey
do list for today. First things first!
Penzance, gifted to me by a most generous forum member, in my Airograte.
It seems I'm on a pretty good cycle of either taking Mondays off entirely, or going home early. I cut out about 30 minutes ago. Partly because my Da is having surgery this afternoon and partly because, well, because. Mark would be proud. So, now I'm on the porch with Kendal Dark in a cob and some sweet tea.
Good luck to your dad!!!
First bowl was Trout Stream in the GBD Tanzania meer. Now it's Erinmore Flake (thanks, MDaws79!) in the Squatch volcano with the second half of the pot of coffee. Warm and sunny here - Spring has finally moved in to stay.
At great personal expense, like a 2nd. mortgage on Wicka Villas I purchased a 12" x 6" piece of Quality Cardboard for the New ClayPril Log
Smoking the next to last Carter Hall in the ClayPril
"Ner cast a clout, till May is out"
Carter Hall in ClayPril
Good luck to your Dad. I hope all goes well. I'll keep him in my prayers.
I'm going home with a bowl of FVF in a Sav Opera Billiard and ice tea for the ride.
Keep up smoking like this and you'll need a telly box to write on
Snuck in a short bowl of Moe's Confetti in a straight 2012 MM Pony Express cob. while I was out. Now, it's Dark Birdseye in an old Barling straight Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. billiard with a silver band and military bit. Believe I'll have a Sprite to drink, too.
A friend drove down from the city this morning and brought my mail including this new to me tobacco, MacBaren HH Vintage Syrian. The label says " A little under half of the volume is a smooth and yet powerful Latakia from Syria." After holding the open tin under my proboscis I'd say 47.81%. Think I'll leave this for the weekend.
Prairie Wind in a Peterson 80s. Meyer Lemon tea under crushed ice. +6C(43F)H31%
190 bowls so far! I look forward to
the time when I can enjoy 8+ smokes
Best of luck to your dad.
Well, I am about to head home and I shall be enjoying some Frog Morton in my beat up old Wellington P-lip.
Best wishes to your dad!
Above freezing!!!! What's that, like twice this year so far?
Finally I get some time to smoke my new and second Tinsky for the first time.
We had a BBQ in the garden and I didn't want to smoke it outside, instead I had a bowl of Solani ABF in a banded and forever-stemmed MM 5th Avenue Diplomat and another bowl of Dan's Ascanian#2 in a MM Country Gentleman with the same forever stem. I thought the first smoke of the new Tinsky has to be celebrated properly and in an appropriate way. Now the time has come, few minutes away from stuffing it with SG BBF...good evening everyone!
